Vieux carré
Served in a Cocktail glass- 30 Ml Rye whiskey
- 30 Ml Cognac
- 30 Ml Sweet red vermouth
- 1 Tsp DOM Bénédictine
- 2 Dashes Peychaud’s bitters
- 1 Zest Orange
- 1 Whole Cherry
Pour all ingredients into mixing glass with ice cubes. Stir well. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with Orange zest and maraschino cherry.
